Policies
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your session will receive a credit valid for 30 days.
Cancellations within 24 hours or missed sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Credits cannot be exchanged for cash.

Sessions may be rescheduled if notice is given 24+ hours in advance, subject to availability.

Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session.

Payment:
Participation in coaching sessions is at your own risk.
Please wear appropriate tennis footwear for the court surface.
Inform the coach of any injuries or medical conditions before your session.
For minors, parent or guardian consent is required.

If a session is cancelled by the coach (including weather-related cancellations), you will be offered either:
A replacement session, or
A credit.
