Thank You

(and This Isn’t Goodbye)

A man playing tennis on a clay court, wearing a blue sports outfit and holding a tennis racket.

Last night meant more to me than I can really put into words.

Seeing so many friends in one place was genuinely special. Thank you for the support, the laughs, the chats, and the friendships that have grown at Lime Tree. Coaching there has been a huge part of my life, and I’m incredibly grateful for every session, rally, and conversation along the way.

This chapter is closing — but I’d love to stay in touch.

Thank you!!!

Stay in Touch

If you’d like to keep connected, the easiest way is through my newsletter.

I won’t spam you — it’s just occasional updates on what I’m up to, coaching ideas, future plans, and opportunities to get involved if and when they pop up.

Pickleball

A few of you already know… I’m getting more involved in pickleball, and there are some fun, social groups forming.

If you’re curious, fancy giving it a go, or want to be part of a group:

  • Beginners are very welcome

  • It’s social, relaxed, and great fun

  • It’s just like tennis, and will improve your volley game

1-to-1 Sessions

I’ll still be available for individual coaching sessions going forward.

If you want:

  • Technical help

  • A tune-up

  • Or just a hit with some structure

You’re always welcome to reach out, and we’ll see what works. I have a calendar which I issue privately, so you can book in whenever suits you.

Currently, I’m operating from Frances’s beautiful court in Brooke.

Tennis Groups… Watch This Space

While I’ve stepped away from my role at Lime Tree, this definitely isn’t the end of the road.

There is something quietly in the making for tennis group sessions in the future — when the time is right, I’ll share more through the newsletter first.

Final Thanks

Thank you again — not just for coming last night, but for the support, trust, and friendships over the years. It genuinely means a lot.

I hope our paths keep crossing, on court or off it.

James
